WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 Elles Lashes does NOT accept any refunds or returns at anytime due to the nature of our products all sales are FINAL. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged goods, your name and order number. Once the returned item has been received a replacement will be shipped out at no cost to you. You will be responsible for shipping cost to send the damaged item back to us. Lashes must be unworn and in their original package when you ship them to us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

 Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Standard USPS takes 3-5 business days. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

DO YOU PROVIDE GLUE WITH THE LASHES?

 At the moment we don't provide glue with our lashes.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN?

Unfortunately once the lashes have been shipped out we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We are currently only accepting VISA or PAYPAL trough our online store.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At the moment we are sorry to inform you that we don't offer gift cards.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR LASHES?

 With out pulling too hard on the band, carefully peel off the glue with your tweezers. Avoid pulling on the lashes, as this may damage your lashes, brush out lashes with a clean spoolie and place them in their designated case.
